The tie-breaking rule for this round was August 29, 2019, at 03:50:24 UTC. As of October 25, 2019, there are 131,399 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 5,518 more than in the previous round. Canada has already invited 71,700 candidates in 22 rounds of Express Entry in 2019.
