The lowest Comprehensive Ranking System score in this draw was 455 points. which is a decrees from the last draw that took place on April 9, 2020 with a mark of 464, The tie-breaking rule for this round was January 20, 2020, at 15:20:02 45 UTC.
This is the fourth draw that issued ITQ to candidate eligible under the CEC program, most probably because they are already in Canada during this period of restriction to fly in to Canada from other countries.
