On May 28, 2020, Saskatchewan held a new invitations round in the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). In this round, the province invited 252 candidates in the Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand categories of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) to apply to the SINP nomination. In the Express Entry category, Saskatchewan issued 127 invitations to apply. In the Occupations In-Demand category, SINP invited 125 candidates. The lowest score in both categories was 78 points, 3 points higher than the previous draw on March 26, 2020.
SINP invites candidates from both sub-categories that have submitted an Expression of Intrest profiles with the SINP. The SINP uses five factors that assess candidates and gives them scores out of 100. The highest candidates are issued Invitation to Apply ITA for a provincial nomination from the Saskatchewan.
